Study on the Environmental Conditions of the Internal Circumstances in the Public Facilities

Abstract
Our survey team were going to find the relevant problems and to provide the improving data about the sanitary management services of the public using facilities which were established by the law of public hygiene, and the results were as follows :
A, We sent the questionairs of sanitary management services in the public using authorities of 534 places and received the responces from 3843 facilities by 189 authorities, and the number of experimental cases were 7588 cases, that is to say, these cases of examination were composed of 1410 ca,ies (18.6%) of suspend dust, 1468 cases(19.3%) of CO gas, 211 cases(2.8%) of CO©ü, 1468 cases(19.3%) of temperature, 1410 cases (18.6%) of relative humidity, 1410 cases (18.6%) of air flow. 211 cases(2.8%) of illumination and so on.
B. Exotic specialists participated in this study about the public standardized laboratory process of CO©ü, CO, suspend dust, dropping bacteria, temperature, relative humidity, air flow, illumination, etc. for the measurement and the laboratory services of the internal room air circumstances concerning the sanitary management of public using facilities and we can provide these data if necessary in future.
C. Our survey team designed the questionairs form of the efficient performances of these sanitary facilities activities through the sampling survey method.
D. We collected the data of the air circumstances of relevant buildings and the quality control of water supply by the sampling survey questionairs for the sanitary management of these facilities.
E. Buildings for these sampling survey were selected among underground markets, public markets, theaters, department stores, wedding ceremony buildings, etc.
F. By the results of this survey, 189 authorities of city and provincial institutes of health and environmental protection, and county level health centers have to be appointed as a public laboratory of the measurement and examination services for the internal hygiene management of the public using facilities.
G. We recommend to prepare the public standardized laboratory process for the unificationl of these internal air circumstances examination services including necessary fee or other relating regulations.
H. We could find the many problems for the improvement of laboratory equipments, technical training, and other law and regulations.
